Pamela L. Hardy is the Founder and CEO of Owe No Man Marketing, L.L.C. (ONMM), a woman-owned and operated marketing services company.
Pamela founded her business in 2003 and now has over 20 Business Enterprise and Fortune 500 companies as her customers. Serving her customers in excellence is one of her greatest passions. Pamela has over 20 years of sales experience drawn from her dealings in automotive and telecommunication industries. Pamela is advancing her plans to broaden the services and scope of marketing and consulting services she will now offer her customers.
Pamela's education and accomplishments include; graduating from Oakland Community College (Auburn Hills, Michigan) with honors and with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. She went on to pursue her degree at Oakland University (Rochester, Michigan). Her training includes the completion of the Dale Carnegie Sales Course, Dartmouth University School of Business (TUCK) MBEP (Minority Business Executive Program) and is a 2006 Alumni. She has been recognized by receiving a Certificate of Tribute from the citizens of the State of Michigan and Governor Jennifer M. Granholm for excellence in service as an Emerging Minority Business Leader, for receiving the 2007 WBE/Volunteer of the Year Award from the Michigan Women's Business Council (MWBC) and lastly for being honored as a "2009 Women's Business Enterprise Star", the nation's premier award for excellence among women's business enterprises (WBE's), by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
Owe No Man Marketing counts among its many customers: AAA Michigan, Pepsico, DTE Energy, Ameren, Henry Ford Health System, Detroit Medical Center (DMC), Wayne State University, Michigan State University, New Technology Steel, Native American Business Alliance, UniWorld Group, Inc. and Veterans Administration (VA) Medical Centers.
Pamela is affiliated with the Wayne State/Pepsi Project One Team, the MMBDC (Michigan Minority Business Development Council), and the Michigan Women's Business Council for WBENC's (Women's Business Enterprise National Council). She also serves on the Steering Committee for Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM), a Senior Living Community, where she volunteers.
